The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes ROZ FOUSTITSES got a freekick which was hit by Vaios Kapsis. When Panionios FC's Christos Karagiannopoulos in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ROZ FOUSTITSES's goalie prevented a goal. Panos Stergiatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Persias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, ROZ FOUSTITSES's goal looked a bit too open when Christos Karagiannopoulos came free, but Panos Stergiatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasios Diamantidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Panos Stergiatos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christos Karagiannopoulos in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panos Stergiatos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ROZ FOUSTITSES's Eugenios Mendrinos got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute, Paris Lemonis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dimitris Paraschakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes, Anastasios Diamantidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Panionios FC and the ROZ FOUSTITSES players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Panionios FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasios Diamantidis to maneuver through the defense. Manolis Paltoudopoulos struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Minas Kakavos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROZ FOUSTITSES. Paris Lemonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Manolis Paltoudopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, ROZ FOUSTITSES's Dimitris Paraschakis got a free kick in the 24th minute. Panos Stergiatos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christos Karagiannopoulos's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christos Karagiannopoulos in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. When Panionios FC's Christos Karagiannopoulos in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ROZ FOUSTITSES's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Christos Karagiannopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panionios FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christos Karagiannopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Panos Stergiatos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panos Stergiatos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christos Karagiannopoulos's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Paris Lemonis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Minas Kakavos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. When Panionios FC's Christos Karagiannopoulos in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ROZ FOUSTITSES's goalie prevented a goal. Minas Kakavos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolis Paltoudopoulos in the 67th minute of play. In the 74th minute Christos Karagiannopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Stergiatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, ROZ FOUSTITSES's goalkeeper Panos Stergiatos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Theagenis Paragas. Giannis Persias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Stergiatos having to interfere. Kleanthis Valassis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Panionios FC's Christos Karagiannopoulos in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ROZ FOUSTITSES's goalie prevented a goal. Manolis Paltoudopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Minas Kakavos having to interfere. ROZ FOUSTITSES succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Panionios FC had controlled the match.
