The supporters of Kalamos FC booed when ROZ FOUSTITSES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Loukanidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes ROZ FOUSTITSES got a freekick which was hit by Vaios Kapsis. After a rather tough play, ROZ FOUSTITSES's Manolis Paltoudopoulos got a free kick in the 20th minute. If Thomas Tzirakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Argyris Papadakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolis Paltoudopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ROZ FOUSTITSES's goalkeeper Panos Stergiatos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Panos Stergiatos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Tzirakis in the 35th minute. When Zacharias Christodoulos came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Kalamos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacharias Christodoulos couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, one of ROZ FOUSTITSES:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 40 minutes, Kalamos FC's Thomas Tzirakis got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Panos Stergiatos. Zacharias Christodoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paris Lemonis was the one to do the kick off. Thomas Tzirakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ibai Gomez struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Panos Stergiatos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalamos FC. Esbjörn Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Stergiatos having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ROZ FOUSTITSES's zone, Thomas Tzirakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Panos Stergiatos came out of the goal and Thomas Tzirakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the game, Kalamos FC's Zacharias Christodoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Panos Stergiatos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Panos Stergiatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacharias Christodoulos in the 93rd minute of play. Ibai Gomez struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Panos Stergiatos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalamos FC. There was no doubt that Kalamos FC were the better team. Kalamos FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
