The OLYMPIOS ZEUS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. The LIONS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giannis Ifantidis should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Emilio Eduardov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giannis Ifantidis was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. LIONS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emilio Eduardov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Emilio Eduardov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Giannis Ifantidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Turan Gençyaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Giannis Ifantidis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Giannis Ifantidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Eduardov's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Baldomiro Llorenc replaced Adolf Putin. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Themos Politis during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
