Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giannis Papageorgas took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Argyroupoli BC got a freekick which was hit by Thalis Papadakos. Stathis Kalkanis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Nanak Nasih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Argyroupoli BC's Nanak Nasih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Papageorgas in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match Βύζας Μεγάρων got a corner. Argyroupoli BC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Konstantinos Paraskevakos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Βύζας Μεγάρων's Babbis Melisofagos to fire away a dangerous shot which Nanak Nasih despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Βύζας Μεγάρων's Iakovos Michopoulos got a free kick in the 14th minute. Apostolikas Soumedakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Loukianos Krassas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Persias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nanak Nasih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Papageorgas in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Βύζας Μεγάρων's Loukas Seichanidis got a free kick in the 25th minute. A long shot from Thalis Papadakos in the 26th minute of play was well struck, but Fotis Persias made a really good save at the right post. In the 29th minute Loukianos Krassas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fotis Persias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Βύζας Μεγάρων's goalkeeper Fotis Persias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimiros Efthimidis. In the 40th minute, Βύζας Μεγάρων's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vladimiros Efthimidis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 41st minute, Argyroupoli BC's Loukianos Krassas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fotis Persias. Fotis Persias yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Loukianos Krassas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Argyroupoli BC's zone, Giannis Papageorgas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nanak Nasih came out of the goal and Giannis Papageorgas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Loukianos Krassas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fotis Persias having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loukianos Krassas in the 75th minute of play forced Βύζας Μεγάρων's goalkeeper Fotis Persias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiros Efthimidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loukianos Krassas in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fotis Persias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fotis Persias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loukianos Krassas in the 83rd minute of the match. Loukianos Krassas kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Βύζας Μεγάρων's Fotis Persias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiros Efthimidis in the 87th minute of play. Fotis Persias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loukianos Krassas in the 89th minute of play. Fotis Persias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiros Efthimidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 96 minutes into the match, Βύζας Μεγάρων's goal looked a bit too open when Loukianos Krassas came free, but Fotis Persias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Argyroupoli BC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
