DRAGONS booed when Dhrνalon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theocharis Bountouris didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute, Dhrνalon's Sotiris Vasilakopoulos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sotiris Vasilakopoulos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dhrνalon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sotiris Vasilakopoulos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 4 minutes into the game, one of Dhrνalon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave OL. DRAGONS a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dimitris Kaklamanos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dhrνalon's Sokratis Pakaltsis. 1-0. After having played for 11 minutes, Achilleas Kyriakakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dhrνalon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Achilleas Kyriakakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alkinoos Fakkas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achilleas Kyriakakos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kyriakos Aggelou kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Themistoklis Koutsilas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sokratis Pakaltsis. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Sokratis Pakaltsis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sotiris Kondilis in the 26th minute. Theocharis Bountouris charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theocharis Bountouris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Dhrνalon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theocharis Bountouris to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Kyriakos Aggelou made a precise shot to the right of Sokratis Pakaltsis. Dhrνalon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.
