Elano Meirelles was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Nikitas Mavrakis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nikitas Mavrakis really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to Dragonflies getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dimitris Kavvadias hit a great ball. Elano Meirelles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikitas Mavrakis in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Iaveris in the 21st minute of play forced Teridona's goalkeeper Sofronio Dorado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paraskevas Staikos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Elano Meirelles made a huge save. If Gilberto Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bernardino Cordera kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Elano Meirelles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nikitas Mavrakis's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Dragonflies's Elano Meirelles got control of the ball when Paraskevas Staikos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dragonflies's Elano Meirelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikitas Mavrakis in the 42nd minute of play. Ladislao Raymundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Elano Meirelles made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Elano Meirelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paraskevas Staikos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Dragonflies's Sofoklis Moscholidis got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Nikitas Mavrakis struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Elano Meirelles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teridona. Paraskevas Staikos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elano Meirelles having to make a save. After 69 played minutes Dragonflies got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Iaveris. When Teridona's Nikitas Mavrakis in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dragonflies's goalie prevented a goal. Nikitas Mavrakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elano Meirelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paraskevas Staikos in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to Dragonflies getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Sandro de Souza hit a great ball. When Paraskevas Staikos came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Teridona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paraskevas Staikos couldn't finish the play. In the 89th match minute, Teridona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eleftherios Baroumas to maneuver through the defense. Gilberto Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Sofronio Dorado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teridona walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
