Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Spyros Tsitouras took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Selν FCasd's Argyris Karapialis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alkinoos Fakkas. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. If Argyris Karapialis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Selν FCasd's goal looked a bit too open when Stathis Petriniotis came free, but Konstantinos Voulgaridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Tasos Chatzoudis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tasos Meintanis hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Konstantinos Voulgaridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stathis Petriniotis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Selν FCasd's Argyris Karapialis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of Selν FCasd booed when OL. DRAGONS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iason Liolidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Spyros Tsitouras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkinoos Fakkas having to interfere. Kostas Kalafatis's late challenge caught a Selν FCasd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kostas Kalafatis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to OL. DRAGONS getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Kostas Kalafatis hit a great ball. With a little luck, OL. DRAGONS's Alkinoos Fakkas got control of the ball when Spyros Tsitouras tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in OL. DRAGONS's zone, Argyris Karapialis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alkinoos Fakkas came out of the goal and Argyris Karapialis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tasos Meintanis struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Alkinoos Fakkas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Selν FCasd. Tasos Meintanis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alkinoos Fakkas having to make a save. After a rather tough play, OL. DRAGONS's Kostas Kalafatis got a free kick in the 39th minute. Spyros Tsitouras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Alkinoos Fakkas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konstantinos Voulgaridis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stathis Petriniotis, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stathis Petriniotis was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Stathis Petriniotis put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Konstantinos Voulgaridis. Sotiris Kondilis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Konstantinos Voulgaridis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in OL. DRAGONS's zone, Tasos Chatzoudis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alkinoos Fakkas came out of the goal and Tasos Chatzoudis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kostas Kalafatis was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 66th match minute, OL. DRAGONS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Kalafatis to maneuver through the defense. Sakis Karapialis kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The long shot by Stathis Petriniotis in the 70th minute really tested Konstantinos Voulgaridis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 74th minute, Argyris Karapialis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Selν FCasd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 77 minutes, Sakis Karapialis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Selν FCasd and the OL. DRAGONS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Selν FCasd getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sakis Karapialis hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, OL. DRAGONS's goal looked a bit too open when Tasos Chatzoudis came free, but Alkinoos Fakkas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstantinos Voulgaridis came out of the goal and Sotiris Kondilis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Spyros Tsitouras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alkinoos Fakkas was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. With a little luck, Selν FCasd's Konstantinos Voulgaridis got control of the ball when Kyriakos Aggelou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Konstantinos Voulgaridis made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Sotiris Kondilis sent off a good shot on target. The Selν FCasd fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Selν FCasd's Spyros Tsitouras looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 96 minutes into the match, OL. DRAGONS's goal looked a bit too open when Tasos Chatzoudis came free, but Alkinoos Fakkas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
