The Καθηγητής fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Panos Tsoutsikas should have stopped the shot. In the 8th minute, Nikitas Mavrakis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Paraskevas Staikos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 10th playminute. Καθηγητής's Dimos Peppas got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Panos Tsoutsikas managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Teridona's Paraskevas Staikos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 18 played minutes Teridona got a freekick which was hit by Nikitas Mavrakis. Nikitas Mavrakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Panos Tsoutsikas having to make a save. In the 22nd match minute, Καθηγητής was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Savas Kerkopoulos to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Teridona's Panos Tsoutsikas threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nikitas Mavrakis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sakis Adamou hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Καθηγητής's zone, Paraskevas Staikos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Panos Tsoutsikas came out of the goal and Paraskevas Staikos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th match minute, Καθηγητής was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakis Adamou to maneuver through the defense. Paraskevas Staikos might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Panos Tsoutsikas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paraskevas Staikos ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Paraskevas Staikos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 35th minute, Teridona's Nikitas Mavrakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Nikitas Mavrakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Tsoutsikas having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Teridona's Paraskevas Staikos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Panos Tsoutsikas. Panos Tsoutsikas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 42nd minute, Christodoulos Kolevas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nikitas Mavrakis struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Panos Tsoutsikas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teridona. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Panos Tsoutsikas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paraskevas Staikos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54thth minute of the game Paraskevas Staikos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Καθηγητής's Panos Tsoutsikas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Raymundo in the 57th minute of play forced Καθηγητής's goalkeeper Panos Tsoutsikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Καθηγητής's zone, Paraskevas Staikos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Panos Tsoutsikas came out of the goal and Paraskevas Staikos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 61 played minutes Teridona got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Cordera. Paraskevas Staikos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Tsoutsikas having to interfere. Paraskevas Staikos took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panos Tsoutsikas. Panos Tsoutsikas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Dimos Peppas struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Sofronio Dorado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Καθηγητής. Panos Tsoutsikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paraskevas Staikos in the 73rd minute of play. When Savas Kerkopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Καθηγητής's protests and gave Savas Kerkopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th match minute, Καθηγητής was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Savas Kerkopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Paraskevas Staikos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Tsoutsikas having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Καθηγητής was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakis Adamou to maneuver through the defense. Nikitas Mavrakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Panos Tsoutsikas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Teridona were the better team. Teridona's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
