The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute, Pipis Moustafidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vitomir Barúmov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Nikitas Mavrakis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ghost Club's Vitomir Barúmov. Vitomir Barúmov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the game, Teridona's Ladislao Raymundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After the first half Teridona were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paraskevas Staikos was the one to do the kick off. If Ladislao Raymundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vitomir Barúmov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Mouzakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Teridona's Vrasidas Belesis got a free kick in the 60th minute. Ghost Club's Vitomir Barúmov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikitas Mavrakis in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pipis Moustafidis in the 64th minute of play forced Ghost Club's goalkeeper Vitomir Barúmov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paraskevas Staikoss short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Vitomir Barúmov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 68 minutes, Nikos Mouzakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Teridona and the Ghost Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Teridona's Nikos Mouzakis got a free kick in the 69th minute. Paraskevas Staikos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vitomir Barúmov firmly grabbed it by the left post. 74 minutes into the game, Teridona's Paraskevas Staikos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vitomir Barúmov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Vitomir Barúmov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikitas Mavrakis in the 78th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paraskevas Staikos got free with Vitomir Barúmov in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Teridona could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ghost Club throughout the match.
