Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Evaggelos Borelis kicked off to start the match. Marios Tzanetis charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marios Tzanetis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marios Tzanetis hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Evaggelos Borelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ken Troxler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to PANATHINAIKOS getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ignatios Tsatsos hit a great ball. Ken Troxler made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Lambros Stelatos sent off a good shot on target. Marios Tzanetis kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaggelos Borelis during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Theocharis Kottikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charalambos Ikonomopoulos hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Lambros Stelatos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 played minutes PANATHINAIKOS got a freekick which was hit by Marios Tzanetis. 36 minutes into the match, Snowkids GF's goal looked a bit too open when Theocharis Kottikas came free, but Dimitris Lagos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind PANATHINAIKOS's goalkeeper Ken Troxler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Evaggelos Borelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ntinos Giannakopoulos took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimitris Lagos. Dimitris Lagos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Theocharis Kottikas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Theocharis Kottikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Lagos having to interfere. When Renos Zikos fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PANATHINAIKOS's protests and gave Renos Zikos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, PANATHINAIKOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renos Zikos to maneuver through the defense. Dimitris Lagos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theocharis Kottikas in the 63rd minute of the match. Snowkids GF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Theocharis Kottikas 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. In the 72nd match minute, PANATHINAIKOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renos Zikos to maneuver through the defense. Ntinos Giannakopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Theocharis Kottikas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of PANATHINAIKOS booed when Snowkids GF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charalambos Ikonomopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Theocharis Kottikas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. PANATHINAIKOS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
