Michalis Papastergiou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolf Luuk went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score.

The wind increased when Iason Stavrakopoulos made the kick off in the second half. Stavros Tsakoumis took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filippos Toris. Filippos Toris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When Stefanos Benetatos fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agrinio's protests and gave Stefanos Benetatos a yellow card for diving instead.
