In the 7th minute, Zinon Meletakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filippos Toris was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Lefkopetra FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Koriskαdhes BC:s goal. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Koriskαdhes BC. Fotis Prasinos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Filippos Toris. 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Iason Stavrakopoulos notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Koriskαdhes BC's Petros Passas. Petros Passas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Koriskαdhes BC booed when Lefkopetra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolf Luuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 26 minutes, Iason Stavrakopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lefkopetra FC and the Koriskαdhes BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iason Stavrakopoulos hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Zinon Meletakis struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Filippos Toris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Koriskαdhes BC. Sonny Muttaqien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Koriskαdhes BC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Iason Stavrakopoulos scored to the left of an out of position Petros Passas, making the score, 2-2. In the 46thth minute of the game Iason Stavrakopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Koriskαdhes BC's Petros Passas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adolf Luuk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petros Passas having to make a save. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zinon Meletakis was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot by Koulis Psiris from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got Filippos Toris's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 54 minutes into the game, Koriskαdhes BC's Sonny Muttaqien nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filippos Toris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 57th minute, Nikos Votsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zinon Meletakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Filippos Toris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petros Passas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolf Luuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, Koriskαdhes BC's Takis Kouroupetroglou got a free kick in the 65th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Lefkopetra FC's goalkeeper Filippos Toris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zinon Meletakis. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Zinon Meletakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koriskαdhes BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zinon Meletakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filippos Toris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Lefkopetra FC's Filippos Toris got control of the ball when Zinon Meletakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Adolf Luuk made a precise shot to the right of Petros Passas. Koriskαdhes BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3.
