In the 4th match minute, Balaskaíika asFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iraklis Prionas to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alekos Grigorakis during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 1η Μ.Α.Λ. getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Alekos Grigorakis hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Alekos Grigorakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Panagiotopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balaskaíika asFC were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tolis Vrachopoulos took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Tolis Vrachopoulos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tiit Võsoberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Enrique Azubeli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Thomas Panagiotopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tolis Thomaidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiit Võsoberg having to make a save. When Balaskaíika asFC's Tolis Vrachopoulos in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s goalie prevented a goal. Kostas Kottikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Azubeli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Panagiotopoulos having to interfere. Fragiskos Xifaras charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fragiskos Xifaras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of 1η Μ.Α.Λ. booed when Balaskaíika asFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fragiskos Xifaras didn't get a good kick on the ball. If 许益宇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alekos Grigorakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tolis Vrachopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Tiit Võsoberg made a huge save. Thomas Panagiotopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argyris Xanthidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Tolis Thomaidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Azubeli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Alekos Grigorakis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Balaskaíika asFC's Thomas Panagiotopoulos. Thomas Panagiotopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tiit Võsoberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolis Vrachopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Tiit Võsoberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolis Vrachopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 叶霆渊's late challenge caught a Balaskaíika asFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 叶霆渊 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, 1η Μ.Α.Λ. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 叶霆渊 to maneuver through the defense. Balaskaíika asFC's Tolis Vrachopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tolis Vrachopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Tiit Võsoberg made a huge save. After having played for 82 minutes, Kostas Kottikas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balaskaíika asFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kostas Kottikas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fanis Chatzis struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Tiit Võsoberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balaskaíika asFC. Enrique Azubeli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Thomas Panagiotopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiit Võsoberg made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Kostas Kottikas sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, Isidoros Kaounos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 98 minutes into the match, 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s goalkeeper Tiit Võsoberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tolis Vrachopoulos. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 1η Μ.Α.Λ. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Balaskaíika asFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
