Spectators: 8125 (Terracing: 6095, Seating: 1869, VIP seats: 161) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Quique Lastras kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Piryion FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Koulis Spyrou hit a great ball. A long shot from Avraam Aggelatos in the 4th minute of play was well struck, but Petros Sarris made a really good save at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in GloRy F.C.'s zone, Evaggelos Petroulakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentinos Sabanis came out of the goal and Evaggelos Petroulakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Petros Sarris managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when GloRy F.C.'s Quique Lastras fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Piryion FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Avraam Aggelatos was slow to take the kick. During this time GloRy F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. GloRy F.C.'s Avraam Aggelatos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Petros Sarris in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 11th minute of the match Charis Potamianos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petros Sarris showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Quique Lastrass short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Petros Sarris to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Piryion FC's Renos Chrysafis got a free kick in the 16th minute. A hard shot by Avraam Aggelatos from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Petros Sarris's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Christos Nousias scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petros Sarris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With splendid footwork Quique Lastras arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 22nd minute. Piryion FC's Petros Sarris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Piryion FC from getting a goal against them. Piryion FC's Petros Sarris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ana Ţugui in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Quique Lastras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GloRy F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Quique Lastras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Quique Lastrass short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Petros Sarris to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quique Lastras in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petros Sarris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Quique Lastras put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Petros Sarris. If Quique Lastras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quique Lastras in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petros Sarris saved Piryion FC from getting behind. If Babbis Kotsonis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quique Lastras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Petros Sarris made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evaggelos Petroulakis made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Quique Lastras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GloRy F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Quique Lastras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 55 minutes into the match, GloRy F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Evaggelos Petroulakis came free, but Valentinos Sabanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes, Christos Nousias made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Piryion FC's Petros Sarris tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Quique Lastras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Petros Sarris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petros Sarris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quique Lastras in the 73rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Quique Lastras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petros Sarris was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 76th minute, Avraam Aggelatos made a precise shot to the right of Petros Sarris. Piryion FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Quique Lastras put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Petros Sarris. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Nousias in the 95th minute of play forced Piryion FC's goalkeeper Petros Sarris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Quique Lastras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petros Sarris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the GloRy F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
