The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6thth minute of the game Minas Bellos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s Tiit Võsoberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 7th minute, Arda Baybars User ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiit Võsoberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s Eustratios Panagakos got a free kick in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Minas Bellos put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Tiit Võsoberg. Tiit Võsoberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Minas Bellos's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Rolando Remir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoros Kaounos in the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Michalis Anthoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Remir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MONAXOS's Rolando Remir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michalis Anthoulis in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Alekos Grigorakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Remir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When MONAXOS's Minas Bellos in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s goalie prevented a goal. Arda Baybars User fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiit Võsoberg having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Minas Bellos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Tiit Võsoberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiit Võsoberg came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by MONAXOS's Minas Bellos. But to his dismay, Minas Bellos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Minas Bellos in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiit Võsoberg saved 1η Μ.Α.Λ. from getting behind. The corner went over the outstretched arms of 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s goalie and right to Miguel Yanguas. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 41 minutes into the match, Miguel Yanguas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiit Võsoberg. 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Yanguas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. A collision led to MONAXOS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Arda Baybars User hit a great ball. Minas Bellos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Tiit Võsoberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Arda Baybars User managed to get in a good position for a shot. MONAXOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Arda Baybars User was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiit Võsoberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s Tiit Võsoberg got control of the ball when Minas Bellos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute, Arda Baybars User fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s Tiit Võsoberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save 1η Μ.Α.Λ. from getting a goal against them. MONAXOS made a substitution. Vaios Katsikaris replaced Andreas Dimas. In the 58th minute, Isidoros Kaounos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiit Võsoberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Minas Bellos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 64 minute of play. Minas Bellos had several of the 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Tiit Võsoberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tiit Võsoberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Minas Bellos went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Minas Bellos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Tiit Võsoberg made a huge save. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by 1η Μ.Α.Λ.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giorgos Tziortzopoulos was slow to take the kick. During this time MONAXOS's players had a chance to rest. Rolando Remir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoros Kaounos in the 94th minute of the match. Minas Bellos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The 1η Μ.Α.Λ. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MONAXOS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
