Tolis Vrachopoulos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Michalis Papastergiou skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Michalis Papastergiou acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Petros Makrodimitris. Michalis Papastergiou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolis Vrachopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Balaskaíika asFC booed when Agrinio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyriakos Zebetoglou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Balaskaíika asFC's Thomas Panagiotopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Balaskaíika asFC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Agrinio's Christos Pontikakis got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Tolis Vrachopoulos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Michalis Papastergiou. Agrinio's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 89th minute, Tolis Thomaidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balaskaíika asFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The Agrinio players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
