An unexpectedly hard shot by Zinon Meletakis in the 46th minute of play forced Balaskaíika asFC's goalkeeper Thomas Panagiotopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Zinon Meletakis made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Iraklis Kanelos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomas Panagiotopoulos. Iraklis Kanelos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Pablo Cruzado hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Thomas Panagiotopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zinon Meletakis in the 62nd minute. Tolis Vrachopoulos took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petros Passas. Petros Passas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 69 played minutes Koriskαdhes BC got a freekick which was hit by Stavros Vrasidas. 73 minutes into the game, Kostas Kottikas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Petros Passas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 2-4 became the score in the 77th minute when Zinon Meletakis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Balaskaíika asFC's zone, Zinon Meletakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Panagiotopoulos came out of the goal and Zinon Meletakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Balaskaíika asFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Fragiskos Xifaras hit a great ball. Zinon Meletakis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Thomas Panagiotopoulos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Balaskaíika asFC's Thomas Panagiotopoulos got control of the ball when Sonny Muttaqien tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute Sonny Muttaqien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Panagiotopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Panagiotopoulos was a little too slow when Thymios Neophytou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 2-5.
