With a little luck, Prσsnik's Dimitris Bochonis got control of the ball when Honorio Telesforo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honorio Telesforo scored 7-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dimitris Bochonis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giorgos Nikopolidis to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorio Telesforo in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nektarios Michalitsios during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
