Spectators: 7980 (Terracing: 5986, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stratos Pithagoras took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Khersovon BC's Kyriakos Tsonis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stamatis Papazacharias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fanis Kalofolias made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Stratos Pithagoras sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Kyriakos Tsonis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Khersovon BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Panagiotis Skrekis came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Khersovon BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Panagiotis Skrekis couldn't finish the play. Stamatis Papazacharias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theocharis Balodimos in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, one of Karfás:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Karfás. 36 minutes into the game, Panagiotis Skrekis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Stamatis Papazacharias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the match, Karfás's goal looked a bit too open when Kyriakos Tsonis came free, but Stamatis Papazacharias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stamatis Papazacharias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panagiotis Skrekis in the 43rd minute of play. Stamatis Papazacharias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panagiotis Skrekis, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Stamatis Papazacharias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theocharis Balodimos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Khersovon BC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 58th minute Kyriakos Tsonis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamatis Papazacharias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panagiotis Skrekis scored 0-6 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stamatis Papazacharias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stamatis Papazacharias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theocharis Balodimos in the 65th minute. Theocharis Balodimos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 70th playminute. Stratos Pithagoras hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 77 minutes of play, Khersovon BC's Panagiotis Skrekis made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stamatis Papazacharias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stamatis Papazacharias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyriakos Tsonis in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Kyriakos Tsonis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stamatis Papazacharias, 0-9. Stamatis Papazacharias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Panagiotis Skrekis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 88 minute of play. Stamatis Papazacharias came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Khersovon BC's Panagiotis Skrekis. But to his dismay, Panagiotis Skrekis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. The Karfás fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Khersovon BC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
