Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jordy Valès kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the game, Christos Giotas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AIANTAS A.O.N.P.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Balaban Ergünay managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ's supporters rose to their feet, but Balaban Ergünay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aggelos Kaliris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 16 played minutes AIANTAS A.O.N.P. got a freekick which was hit by Renos Markogiannakis. The supporters of ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ booed when AIANTAS A.O.N.P. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaios Nikopolidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Ilias Kanellidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Godinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aggelos Kaliris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balaban Ergünay in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Balaban Ergünay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aggelos Kaliris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Przemyslaw Penkalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Balaban Ergünay made a precise shot to the right of Aggelos Kaliris. AIANTAS A.O.N.P.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ booed when AIANTAS A.O.N.P. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaios Nikopolidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Przemyslaw Penkalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aggelos Kaliris having to interfere. After the first half ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Balaban Ergünay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alexis Kotsovolos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christos Giotas hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Balaban Ergünay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Renos Markogiannakis during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, AIANTAS A.O.N.P.'s Renos Markogiannakis got a free kick in the 68th minute. Przemyslaw Penkalski might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aggelos Kaliris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Przemyslaw Penkalski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74thth minute of the game Jordy Valès who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ's Paulo Godinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind AIANTAS A.O.N.P.'s goalkeeper Aggelos Kaliris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Balaban Ergünay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aggelos Kaliris having to make a save. Przemyslaw Penkalski might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aggelos Kaliris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Przemyslaw Penkalski ran back to his position shaking his head. Balaban Ergünay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Godinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordy Valès, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Jordy Valès had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Godinho. ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jordy Valès was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Aggelos Kaliris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balaban Ergünay went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Balaban Ergünay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aggelos Kaliris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Aggelos Kaliris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spyros Kreziadis in the 90th minute of play. Przemyslaw Penkalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aggelos Kaliris having to interfere. The AIANTAS A.O.N.P. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
