Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sphinari's Christoforos Labellis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorotheos Bibilas in the 4th minute of play. Iakovos Xanthakis's late challenge caught a Sphinari's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iakovos Xanthakis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th match minute, ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iakovos Xanthakis to maneuver through the defense. ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★'s Alekos Mavrakos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sphinari. In the 21st minute Iakovos Xanthakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoforos Labellis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★ getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Iakovos Xanthakis hit a great ball. After 26 minutes of play, ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★'s Iakovos Xanthakis made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christoforos Labellis was left in no man's land by his defense there! 38 minutes into the game, ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★'s Dorotheos Bibilas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christoforos Labellis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Kostas Vourkos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dorotheos Bibilas made a kick off. Alkis Papasotiriou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkis Skandalidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sphinari:s goal. Alkis Papasotiriou went to the wrong direction when Kostas Vourkos was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 60 minutes of play ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★'s Iakovos Xanthakis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★ getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Iakovos Xanthakis hit a great ball. Alexis Basinas charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Alkis Skandalidis scored 1-3 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alkis Papasotiriou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Sphinari manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ★OlumpiakoS Surou FC★ to win.
