If Michalis Anagnostakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led ARDRA FC's Emanuel Rey to fire away a dangerous shot which Leonidas Kladas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Konstantinos Kalabokis hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th match minute, Thrylos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Makis Alexiadis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Giannopoulatos in the 20th minute of play forced ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michalis Anagnostakiss short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Leonidas Kladas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Themos Kalevras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaggelis Giannopoulatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ARDRA FC's zone, Nikitas Karakotsos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Themos Kalevras came out of the goal and Nikitas Karakotsos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vaggelis Giannopoulatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Thrylos FC's Vaggelis Giannopoulatos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Themos Kalevras narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Themos Kalevras came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Thrylos FC's Vaggelis Giannopoulatos. But to his dismay, Vaggelis Giannopoulatos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michalis Anagnostakis to make the kick off. Makis Alexiadis made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nikos Tsirigakis immediately put the ball in play. In the 52nd match minute, ARDRA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fragiskos Spyridakos to maneuver through the defense. Viktoras Lagonikakis kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Leonidas Kladas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michalis Anagnostakis in the 61st minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, Thrylos FC's Nikitas Karakotsos made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Themos Kalevras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Themos Kalevras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vaggelis Giannopoulatos in the 77th minute. In the 84th minute, Vaggelis Giannopoulatos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Themos Kalevras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikitas Karakotsos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikos Tsirigakis made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Vaggelis Giannopoulatos. In the 88th minute, Vaggelis Giannopoulatos made a precise shot to the right of Themos Kalevras. ARDRA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3.
