The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kamniα BC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Sotiris Papoutsiadis hit a great ball. Lakis Borovilos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emmanouil Kitrinos's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Lakis Borovilos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Tzolis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emmanouil Kitrinos in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lakis Borovilos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When ΚΑΝΑΡΙΑ's Emmanouil Kitrinos in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kamniα BC's goalie prevented a goal. Lakis Borovilos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paraskevas Panagakos in the 19th minute of the match. Charilaos Simos scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alkaios Balouris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emmanouil Kitrinos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Lakis Borovilos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Charilaos Simos hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Vassilis Seremetis struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Lakis Borovilos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ΚΑΝΑΡΙΑ. 37 minutes into the game, Charilaos Simos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kamniα BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΚΑΝΑΡΙΑ the free kick. The supporters of ΚΑΝΑΡΙΑ booed when Kamniα BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charilaos Simos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paraskevas Panagakos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Spyros Steliou made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emmanouil Kitrinos in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lakis Borovilos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lakis Borovilos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vassilis Seremetis went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Lakis Borovilos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanouil Kitrinos in the 57th minute of play. Zacharias Vrochidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Kamniα BC booed when ΚΑΝΑΡΙΑ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vassilis Seremetis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lakis Borovilos came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by ΚΑΝΑΡΙΑ's Emmanouil Kitrinos. But to his dismay, Emmanouil Kitrinos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 72nd minute Paraskevas Panagakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lakis Borovilos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Emmanouil Kitrinos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kamniα BC's Lakis Borovilos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Paraskevas Panagakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emmanouil Kitrinos in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lakis Borovilos saved Kamniα BC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Tzolis in the 87th minute of play forced Kamniα BC's goalkeeper Lakis Borovilos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lakis Borovilos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emmanouil Kitrinos went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 91st minute, Valerios Grigoropoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ΚΑΝΑΡΙΑ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1.
