Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Michalis Anagnostakis started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Paulinho Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 10 minutes, Michalis Anagnostakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARDRA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michalis Anagnostakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sotiris Grigoriadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC CORFU's Ilias Sinetopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Themos Kalevras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilias Sinetopoulos in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Paris Kotsis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC CORFU's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARDRA FC the free kick. After 24 played minutes FC CORFU got a freekick which was hit by Paris Kotsis. If Ilias Sinetopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sotiris Grigoriadis got free with Themos Kalevras in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilias Sinetopoulos in the 30th minute of play forced ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Paulinho Sousa fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARDRA FC's protests and gave Paulinho Sousa a yellow card for diving instead. 35 minutes into the match, ARDRA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ilias Sinetopoulos came free, but Themos Kalevras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sotiris Grigoriadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themos Kalevras having to interfere. A throw-in in the 47th minute of the game was made by Chatziioannou Karidas with Achilleas Kouradakis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.

In the 53rd minute, Ilias Sinetopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Themos Kalevras was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The throw-in from Chatziioannou Karidas in the 57th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ARDRA FC's Fragiskos Spyridakos. If Ilias Sinetopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilias Sinetopoulos in the 62nd minute of play forced ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilias Sinetopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd match minute, FC CORFU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilias Sinetopoulos to maneuver through the defense. ARDRA FC's attentive Viktoras Kapareliotis managed to snatch the ball when Chatziioannou Karidas made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sotiris Grigoriadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themos Kalevras having to interfere. Michalis Anagnostakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Petros Pantazidis made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilias Sinetopoulos in the 92nd minute of play forced ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the FC CORFU players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
