Andreas Papalexis came out of the goal and Nontas Nikoloudis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 minutes, Sofoklis Katsiaounis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kaproi F.C. and the Solidarity players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Kaproi F.C. defense, Chrisostomos Konstantinidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giannis Peris. The Kaproi F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giannis Peris should have stopped the shot. Andreas Papalexis made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Nontas Nikoloudis sent off a good shot on target. After 15 played minutes Solidarity got a freekick which was hit by Nikos Rovolas. Nikos Rovolas kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Solidarity's Andreas Papalexis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Tsionas in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Solidarity's zone, Fragiskos Tsionas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Papalexis came out of the goal and Fragiskos Tsionas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Kaproi F.C.'s Fragiskos Tsionas in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Solidarity's goalie prevented a goal. Andreas Papalexis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nontas Nikoloudis in the 27th minute. Nontas Nikoloudis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andreas Papalexis came out and tried to block the shot, but Nontas Nikoloudis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 27th minute. Chrisostomos Konstantinidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Nontas Nikoloudis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kaproi F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nontas Nikoloudis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andreas Papalexis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Solidarity's Andreas Papalexis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Solidarity from getting a goal against them. Andreas Papalexis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fragiskos Tsionas in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Chrisostomos Konstantinidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fragiskos Tsionas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Papalexis having to interfere. Andreas Papalexis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nontas Nikoloudis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Andreas Papalexis came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Kaproi F.C.'s Nontas Nikoloudis. But to his dismay, Nontas Nikoloudis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With a little luck, Kaproi F.C.'s Giannis Peris got control of the ball when Nikos Moutsios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Giannis Peris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chrisostomos Konstantinidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Chrisostomos Konstantinidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Giannis Peris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Solidarity's Chrisostomos Konstantinidis got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Solidarity's goal looked a bit too open when Nontas Nikoloudis came free, but Andreas Papalexis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Solidarity's Chrisostomos Konstantinidis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Giannis Peris. That made the score 2-2 after 81 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nontas Nikoloudis in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Papalexis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nontas Nikoloudis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fragiskos Tsionas came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Kaproi F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fragiskos Tsionas couldn't finish the play. Apostolikas Stratis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nikos Moutsios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Giannis Peris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
