One of Panafpliakos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ναρεντίνοι:s goal. 36 minutes into the match, Ναρεντίνοι's goal looked a bit too open when Kyriakos Kanellopoulos came free, but Stelios Kopanaras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Miltos Seichanidis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match was over Ναρεντίνοι could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Panafpliakos FC throughout the match.
