Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paschalis Papagiannidis made the kick off which started today's match. Décio Pinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paschalis Papagiannidis in the 4th minute of play. Décio Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paschalis Papagiannidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 12 minutes, Nikiforos Aggelou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Airforce and the ALBANIA US players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Airforce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikiforos Aggelou to maneuver through the defense. Nikiforos Aggelou came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Décio Pinto could save by the left post. A collision led to ALBANIA US getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Soulis Koutsoudakis hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, ALBANIA US's goal looked a bit too open when Paschalis Papagiannidis came free, but Décio Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Kostenoglou during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paschalis Papagiannidis in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Décio Pinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Alkaios Theofilakos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Décio Pinto. The goal made the score 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Tasos Kounadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. ALBANIA US's supporters rose to their feet, but Tasos Kounadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacharias Kelpekis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ALBANIA US's Décio Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save ALBANIA US from getting a goal against them. Dimitris Lykoudis's late challenge caught a Airforce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dimitris Lykoudis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, ALBANIA US was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitris Lykoudis to maneuver through the defense. Ignatios Bikas, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 39th minute Alkaios Theofilakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paschalis Papagiannidis in the 41st minute of play forced ALBANIA US's goalkeeper Décio Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, ALBANIA US's Décio Pinto got control of the ball when Nikiforos Aggelou tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Airforce booed when ALBANIA US was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Soulis Koutsoudakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Nikiforos Aggelou came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Airforce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikiforos Aggelou couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Soulis Koutsoudakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thrasivoulos Karoubalos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zacharias Kelpekis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Zacharias Kelpekis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Soulis Koutsoudakis in the 57th minute. Décio Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikiforos Aggelou, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 68 minutes into the match, ALBANIA US's goal looked a bit too open when Paschalis Papagiannidis came free, but Décio Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignatios Bikas kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Paschalis Papagiannidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute Tasos Kounadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacharias Kelpekis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ALBANIA US's Décio Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paschalis Papagiannidis in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th match minute, ALBANIA US was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tasos Kounadis to maneuver through the defense. Décio Pinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paschalis Papagiannidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
