Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dorotheos Kidoniatis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miltos Serelis in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Stathis Kaltsidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 10 minutes, Giotis Fanaras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gardhíkion FCas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giotis Fanaras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viktoras Ksiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Alekos Pirovolidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Zinon Lyberopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gardhíkion FCas's supporters rose to their feet, but Zinon Lyberopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alekos Pirovolidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sokratis Kaliasis came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Layiwná BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sokratis Kaliasis couldn't finish the play. Giotis Fanaras kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Dorotheos Kidoniatis came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Layiwná BC's Miltos Serelis. But to his dismay, Miltos Serelis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half Layiwná BC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viktoras Ksiros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 1-2 became the score in the 66th minute when Zinon Lyberopoulos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Viktoras Ksiros had to leave the field with a concussion. Gardhíkion FCas made a substitution. Stefanos Maravas replaced Viktoras Ksiros. After a rather tough play, Layiwná BC's Sotos Daniilidis got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 77th minute, Charis Korellas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Gardhíkion FCas's Dorotheos Kidoniatis got control of the ball when Miltos Serelis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Zisis Marianos notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Layiwná BC's Alekos Pirovolidis. Alekos Pirovolidis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Layiwná BC's Sokratis Kaliasis got a free kick in the 89th minute. Michalis Froussos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Michalis Froussos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
