Nontas Karagounis's late challenge caught a Π.Ε.Κ.Θ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nontas Karagounis helped the player get up and apologised. Π.Ε.Κ.Θ made a substitution. Lambros Tzolas replaced Viktoras Fotakis. In the 14th match minute, Glory United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nontas Karagounis to maneuver through the defense. Paško Vukašin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Stergiou in the 17th minute of the match. Π.Ε.Κ.Θ's Paško Vukašin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Π.Ε.Κ.Θ from getting a goal against them. Konstantinos Tsachalis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valerios Kazakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 96thth minute of the game Agustin Limofer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glory United's Konstantinos Tsachalis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
