Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nikos Borbokis kicked off to start the match. Marios Lysgaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Kleanthis Persidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Layiwná BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kleanthis Persidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michalis Gazis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lepνdhi FC's Michalis Gazis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Kassianidis in the 12th minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Lepνdhi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaggelis Chiotis to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lepνdhi FC's zone, Miltos Serelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michalis Gazis came out of the goal and Miltos Serelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Takis Seremes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, one of Layiwná BC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Layiwná BC. When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, Lepνdhi FC's Odysseas Ntalakos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alekos Pirovolidis. Charis Korellas hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Borbokis in the 39th minute of play forced Layiwná BC's goalkeeper Alekos Pirovolidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikolas Petrochilopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Alekos Pirovolidis made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kleanthis Persidis in the 42nd minute of play forced Lepνdhi FC's goalkeeper Michalis Gazis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 played minutes Lepνdhi FC got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Zolotas. Layiwná BC's Kleanthis Persidis got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Stamatis Seretis fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lepνdhi FC's protests and gave Stamatis Seretis a yellow card for diving instead. Stamatis Seretis hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Miltos Serelis made the kick off in the second half. When Nikolas Petrochilopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Lepνdhi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikolas Petrochilopoulos couldn't finish the play. Alekos Pirovolidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolas Petrochilopoulos in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute, one of Lepνdhi FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lepνdhi FC. The goalkeeper, Michalis Gazis, was totally fooled by Layiwná BC's Miltos Serelis, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 73 minutes into the game, Panos Kassianidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Layiwná BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lepνdhi FC the free kick. In the 75th minute Nikos Borbokis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alekos Pirovolidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Layiwná BC's Alekos Pirovolidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikolas Petrochilopoulos in the 79th minute of play. Alekos Pirovolidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikos Borbokis, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Layiwná BC were furious when Charis Korellas was red carded, 83 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Miltos Sereliss short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Michalis Gazis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Layiwná BC booed when Lepνdhi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stathis Sotiriadis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alekos Pirovolidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stamatis Seretis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Layiwná BC's Takis Seremes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michalis Gazis. That made the score 4-2 after 98 minutes of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Lepνdhi FC could leave the field as winners, despite Layiwná BC having more of the ball for most of the match.
