Fivos Spaneas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christodoulos Koutras went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fivos Spaneas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miltos Spanopoulos in the 10th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Avraam Maros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mourνon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Avraam Maros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Avraam Maros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Giannis Kapopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lakonia FC fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Lakonia FC's Miltos Spanopoulos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Mourνon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lakonia FC the free kick. A collision led to Mourνon getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Theocharis Sourmelis hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Avraam Maros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mourνon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lakonia FC the free kick. The audience was convinced that Miltos Spanopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fivos Spaneas was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The supporters of Lakonia FC booed when Mourνon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasios Karagoutis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christodoulos Koutras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fivos Spaneas having to interfere. Giannis Kapopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giorgos Chatziaggelis in the 41st minute. The Mourνon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lakonia FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miltos Spanopoulos was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Mourνon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Kiassos to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Anastasios Karagoutis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Markos Manetas hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Fivos Spaneas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christodoulos Koutras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miltos Spanopoulos came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fivos Spaneas could save by the left post. Theocharis Sourmelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Lakonia FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mourνon.
