Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miltos Spanopoulos started the match with the kick off. Giannis Kapopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chrisostomos Riganidis in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Miltos Spanopoulos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dimos Kolevas, 1-0. Fragiskos Papalexiou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Giannis Kapopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Makríndos BC's Dimos Kolevas got control of the ball when Miltos Spanopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stamatis Sifakis took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giannis Kapopoulos. Giannis Kapopoulos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some careless play in the Makríndos BC defense, Iosif Serafidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dimos Kolevas. The Makríndos BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimos Kolevas should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Lakonia FC's Markos Manetas got a free kick in the 28th minute. Giannis Kapopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chrisostomos Riganidis in the 43rd minute of play. Giannis Kapopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fragiskos Papalexiou in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

With a little luck, Lakonia FC's Giannis Kapopoulos got control of the ball when Fragiskos Papalexiou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lakonia FC's Giannis Kapopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Papalexiou in the 54th minute of play. Giannis Kapopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chrisostomos Riganidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Giannis Kapopoulos made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iosif Serafidis in the 69th minute of play forced Makríndos BC's goalkeeper Dimos Kolevas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lakonia FC's Giannis Kapopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Lakonia FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Lakonia FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Iosif Serafidis hit a great ball. Vladimiros Voskaridis hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Chrisostomos Riganidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Makríndos BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chrisostomos Riganidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 87 played minutes Makríndos BC got a freekick which was hit by Fragiskos Papalexiou. 90 minutes into the match, Makríndos BC's goal looked a bit too open when Miltos Spanopoulos came free, but Dimos Kolevas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lakonia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Fragiskos Papalexiou scored to the left of an out of position Giannis Kapopoulos, making the score, 2-4. Dimos Kolevas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christodoulos Koutras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Makríndos BC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
