Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fragiskos Papalexiou kicked off to start the match. Vassilis Kotsias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiros Voskaridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vassilis Kotsias came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Makríndos BC's Fragiskos Papalexiou. But to his dismay, Fragiskos Papalexiou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 11th minute of the match Babbis Froussos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vassilis Kotsias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Aris Veggos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dimos Kolevas. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Panagiotis Samanoglou could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Dimos Kolevas however easily saved by the left post. In the 22nd minute, Telon's Panagiotis Samanoglou dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adamantios Zolotas got free with Dimos Kolevas in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chrisostomos Riganidis struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Vassilis Kotsias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Makríndos BC. The supporters of Telon booed when Makríndos BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stamatis Sifakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stamatis Sifakis in the 35th minute of play forced Telon's goalkeeper Vassilis Kotsias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fragiskos Papalexiou in the 37th minute of play forced Telon's goalkeeper Vassilis Kotsias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fragiskos Papalexiou scored 2-2 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vassilis Kotsias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Telon booed when Makríndos BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fragiskos Papalexiou didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Aris Veggos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dimos Kolevas. The goal made the score 3-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Panagiotis Samanoglou made a kick off. Telon's Vassilis Kotsias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Papalexiou in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 played minutes Telon got a freekick which was hit by Adamantios Zolotas. After 55 minutes, Stratos Lazariadis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Telon and the Makríndos BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panagiotis Samanoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiros Voskaridis in the 67th minute of play forced Telon's goalkeeper Vassilis Kotsias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Telon's Vassilis Kotsias got control of the ball when Fragiskos Papalexiou tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Makríndos BC's Vassilis Kotsias threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vladimiros Voskaridis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 73 minutes into the game, Vladimiros Voskaridis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vassilis Kotsias. Vladimiros Voskaridis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. 77 minutes into the match, Telon's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Papalexiou came free, but Vassilis Kotsias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vassilis Kotsias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stamatis Sifakis went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score. Vassilis Kotsias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chrisostomos Riganidis in the 87th minute. The supporters of Makríndos BC booed when Telon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apostolis Koulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Telon's Vassilis Kotsias got control of the ball when Chrisostomos Riganidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vassilis Kotsias made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Fragiskos Papalexiou sent off a good shot on target. Stamatis Sifakis scored 3-6 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vassilis Kotsias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Makríndos BC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
