Spectators: 7946 (Terracing: 5960, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pavlos Xenopanagos got the match started through his kick off. After 4 minutes of play, QUINNZELL's Konstantinos Kaltsas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sofoklis Batiropoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Pavlos Xenopanagos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute of the match Stelios Vrettakos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sofoklis Batiropoulos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 11th match minute, QUINNZELL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giotis Vakirtzis to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 13 in the game by Thanasis Peras from a close distance when the talented Eleftherios Tsitouras managed to make a qualified save. QUINNZELL's players were relieved. Adamantios Vrochidis kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, QUINNZELL's goal looked a bit too open when Thanasis Peras came free, but Eleftherios Tsitouras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asteras BC's Sofoklis Batiropoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantinos Kaltsas in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Sotiris Tsirigakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asteras BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave QUINNZELL the free kick. After a rather tough play, Asteras BC's Sotiris Tsirigakis got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 24th minute Pavlos Xenopanagos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofoklis Batiropoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanasis Peras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleftherios Tsitouras having to interfere. Thanasis Peras's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Eleftherios Tsitouras skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 32nd minute Pavlos Xenopanagos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofoklis Batiropoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sofoklis Batiropoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantinos Kaltsas in the 36th minute of the match. After 43 minutes of play, QUINNZELL's Adamantios Vrochidis made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sofoklis Batiropoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thanasis Peras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sofoklis Batiropoulos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Akis Kirkos. After 55 minutes, Konstantinos Kaltsas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the QUINNZELL and the Asteras BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Konstantinos Kaltsas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sofoklis Batiropoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adamantios Vrochidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to QUINNZELL getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Konstantinos Kaltsas hit a great ball. Asteras BC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Pavlos Xenopanagos scored to the left of an out of position Sofoklis Batiropoulos, making the score, 0-3. Eleftherios Tsitouras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thanasis Peras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thanasis Peras in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleftherios Tsitouras saved QUINNZELL from getting behind. Sofoklis Batiropoulos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adamantios Vrochidis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 82 minute of play. In the 88th minute, Adamantios Vrochidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sofoklis Batiropoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 92 minutes into the game, Pavlos Xenopanagos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sofoklis Batiropoulos. Pavlos Xenopanagos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 96th minute, Adamantios Vrochidis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sofoklis Batiropoulos. The goal made the score 0-7.
