In the 6th minute, Stavros Papachantzoulis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eutichios Manolas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Fragiskos Kazoleas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eutichios Manolas was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's Eutichios Manolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Kazoleas in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's Thymios Venetidis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gyula Jászberényi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Fragiskos Kazoleas struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Eutichios Manolas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Syrianska Fc. 18 minutes into the match, Nikiforos Koukos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eutichios Manolas. Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikiforos Koukos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikiforos Koukos in the 21st minute of play forced Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's goalkeeper Eutichios Manolas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Stratos Irinopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's protests and gave Stratos Irinopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Syrianska Fc booed when Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stratos Irinopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's Eutichios Manolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Kazoleas in the 25th minute of play. Adamantios Dimatos charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adamantios Dimatos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, a hard, long distance shot from Alketas Taralidis hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Alketas Taralidis shot from long distance after 31 played minutes, a shot that Eutichios Manolas with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. A collision led to Syrianska Fc getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Tolis Drambas hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Syrianska Fc's Thanos Zervoulakos got a free kick in the 34th minute. Panos Kastanidis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gyula Jászberényi. Syrianska Fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Theofanis Kavatzidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's goal looked a bit too open when Stavros Papachantzoulis came free, but Eutichios Manolas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's Eutichios Manolas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Kazoleas in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Stavros Papachantzoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Syrianska Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stavros Papachantzoulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eutichios Manolas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Syrianska Fc fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Syrianska Fc's Fragiskos Kazoleas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Syrianska Fc's Nikiforos Koukos in the 64th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Eutichios Manolas was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras through an amazing save. 66 minutes into the game, Stavros Papachantzoulis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Eutichios Manolas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Fragiskos Kazoleas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kleanthis Tsiantakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute Stavros Papachantzoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eutichios Manolas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras's Vassilis Soufridis got a free kick in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Syrianska Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Thymios Venetidis came free, but Gyula Jászberényi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stavros Papachantzoulis got free with Eutichios Manolas in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th match minute, Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thymios Venetidis to maneuver through the defense. Christos Lazakis hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Kleanthis Tsiantakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alketas Taralidis hit a great ball. Syrianska Fc played a much better game than Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras and deserved their victory. The Coldplayers M.D.V. Patras players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
