Spectators: 7983 (Terracing: 6033, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 100) Pantelis Laggizos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Periklis Papadimos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ntinos Kalifoulis in the 5th minute of play. A collision led to Panathinaikos getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Makis Soufleris hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, Panathinaikos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaggelos Dermitzakis to maneuver through the defense. Lazaros Verikokos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pantelis Laggizos, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 32 played minutes Daseνa FC got a freekick which was hit by Apostolikas Spyridakis. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giorgos Roubakis in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Periklis Papadimos saved Daseνa FC from getting behind. Ntinos Kalifoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Periklis Papadimos having to interfere. Giorgos Roubakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Periklis Papadimos having to make a save. Antonis Papagiannis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Daseνa FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Giorgos Roubakis scored to the left of an out of position Periklis Papadimos, making the score, 1-0. If Giorgos Roubakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giorgos Roubakis to strike the kick off in the second half. Periklis Papadimos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Roubakis in the 57th minute of the match. Ntinos Kalifoulis scored 3-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Periklis Papadimos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Ntinos Kalifoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panathinaikos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ntinos Kalifoulis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Periklis Papadimos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giorgos Roubakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Periklis Papadimos having to interfere. Periklis Papadimos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgos Roubakis in the 74th minute of play. In the 76thth minute of the game Giorgos Roubakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Daseνa FC's Periklis Papadimos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Giorgos Roubakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Periklis Papadimos was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Giorgos Roubakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Panathinaikos fully deserved thier win.
