Stelios Kanellakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gelacio Martins showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 37 minute of play. Michalis Papalakis hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Mastur Bateman struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Stelios Kanellakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INTERISTAS. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mastur Bateman was the one to do the kick off. Stelios Kanellakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Imperatore went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score. 70 minutes into the match, INTERISTAS's goal looked a bit too open when Errikos Grifisas came free, but Petros Moustogiannis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stelios Kanellakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Imperatore went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-2 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes of play, The Fighters's Thrasivoulos Prezerakos made it 8-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petros Moustogiannis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stelios Kanellakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mastur Bateman, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. During the 82nd minute of the match Michalis Papalakis completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Michalis Papalakis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to The Fighters getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Michalis Papalakis hit a great ball. The Fighters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mastur Bateman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-3. The audience was convinced that Gelacio Martins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stelios Kanellakis was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. 90 minutes in the game, Adriano Imperatore dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Mastur Bateman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stelios Kanellakis. The Fighters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mastur Bateman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-3. INTERISTAS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of The Fighters for a fine match.
