Hortêncio Meneses fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Babbis Kariotakis having to interfere. Gate13's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Argyris Mesiakaris 13 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. In the 17th minute, Gate13's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Paris Vidalis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Babbis Kariotakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Argyris Mesiakaris showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. After 24 minutes, Luka Malbaša mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the bye bye and the Gate13 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, bye bye's Luka Malbaša got a free kick in the 24th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hortêncio Meneses during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gate13 booed when bye bye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Meneses didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Argyris Mesiakaris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Babbis Kariotakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 34 minutes of play, bye bye's Argyris Mesiakaris made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Babbis Kariotakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gate13's Babbis Kariotakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argyris Mesiakaris in the 39th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Eutichios Botilias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gate13's supporters rose to their feet, but Eutichios Botilias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christos Kapetanopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd match minute, Gate13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikitas Diamantidis to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paris Vidalis got free with Babbis Kariotakis in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Argyris Mesiakaris to strike the kick off in the second half. Akakios Giotas's late challenge caught a Gate13's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Akakios Giotas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to bye bye getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Akakios Giotas hit a great ball. Argyris Mesiakaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Babbis Kariotakis having to interfere. When Argyris Mesiakaris came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the bye bye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argyris Mesiakaris couldn't finish the play. Argyris Mesiakaris took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Babbis Kariotakis. Babbis Kariotakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Babbis Kariotakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Argyris Mesiakaris's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Argyris Mesiakaris kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Argyris Mesiakaris stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Gate13's defenders and the ball went out. bye bye appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. bye bye's Argyris Mesiakaris got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gate13's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Viktoras Klapaftis was slow to take the kick. During this time bye bye's players had a chance to rest. bye bye's Viktoras Klapaftis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Babbis Kariotakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 77 minutes, Argyris Mesiakaris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bye bye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argyris Mesiakaris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. bye bye's Hortêncio Meneses got his second yellow card of the match in the 88th minute. The referee ordered Hortêncio Meneses off the ground. A collision led to bye bye getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Hortêncio Meneses hit a great ball. bye bye's Luka Malbaša managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nikitas Diamantidis in the 92 minute of the game. bye bye walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
