When Themis Filippakos came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Volos NFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Themis Filippakos couldn't finish the play. Themis Filippakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Kapetanopoulos having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Pavlos Kassapis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christos Kapetanopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute Argyris Mesiakaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tymoteusz Pysz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. bye bye's Christos Kapetanopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thanos Fanatos in the 33rd minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. bye bye's Christos Kapetanopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pavlos Kassapis in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Themis Filippakos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanos Fanatos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Kapetanopoulos having to interfere. Christos Kapetanopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavlos Kassapis in the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, bye bye's Paris Vidalis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tymoteusz Pysz. Tymoteusz Pysz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. After having played for 63 minutes, Argyris Mesiakaris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bye bye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argyris Mesiakaris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, Volos NFC's goalkeeper Tymoteusz Pysz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paris Vidalis. Paris Vidalis in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tymoteusz Pysz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tymoteusz Pysz came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by bye bye's Argyris Mesiakaris. But to his dismay, Argyris Mesiakaris quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After 75 minutes, Thanos Fanatos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Volos NFC and the bye bye players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Thanos Fanatos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Argyris Mesiakaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paris Vidalis took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tymoteusz Pysz. Tymoteusz Pysz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. bye bye's Christos Kapetanopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themis Filippakos in the 92nd minute of play. Thanos Fanatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Christos Kapetanopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Argyris Mesiakaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. bye bye played a much better game than Volos NFC and deserved their victory. The Volos NFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
