The audience thought a goal was coming when Giannis Karagiotas got free with Enio Tróia in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yiyo Alaez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markos Tobras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Markos Tobras ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yiyo Alaez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Soulis Bogdanos hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Yiyo Alaez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Markos Tobras in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giannis Karagiotas was the one to do the kick off. Themistoklis Metzelos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Yiyo Alaez made a huge save. Markos Tobras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiyo Alaez having to interfere. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yiyo Alaez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Giannis Karagiotas hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in A.E Rizomaton's zone, Minas Nikou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yiyo Alaez came out of the goal and Minas Nikou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enio Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joanes Saboya in the 66th minute of play. Markos Tobras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Minas Nikou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Yiyo Alaez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Minas Nikou hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Themistoklis Metzelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute.
