Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Christobal in the 6th minute of play forced ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's goalkeeper Iordanis Mavros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes, Ilias Dellios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ and the A.E Rizomaton players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yiyo Alaez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koulis Leventis, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Iordanis Mavros came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by A.E Rizomaton's Zinon Savvidis. But to his dismay, Zinon Savvidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 30th minute, Zinon Savvidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iordanis Mavros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 38th minute, Willian Amaral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.E Rizomaton fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Iordanis Mavros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zinon Savvidis in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, A.E Rizomaton's Artemio Heli got a free kick in the 44th minute. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's Christos Vrinas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 44th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for A.E Rizomaton. After a rather tough play, A.E Rizomaton's Aris Astaris got a free kick in the 45th minute. When Errikos Markidis fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's protests and gave Errikos Markidis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Errikos Markidis to maneuver through the defense. After the first half A.E Rizomaton were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Giannis Karagiotas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Iordanis Mavros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 57 minutes into the game, Joanes Saboya recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iordanis Mavros. Joanes Saboya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After 63 played minutes Joanes Saboya rounded ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. In the 68th minute Aris Astaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Mavros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's Iordanis Mavros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zinon Savvidis in the 69th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as A.E Rizomaton's Joanes Saboya slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iordanis Mavros. That made the score 0-8 after 70 minutes of play. When Zinon Savvidis got free in front of the goal in the 76th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Iordanis Mavros was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Iordanis Mavros made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Giannis Karagiotas sent off a good shot on target. After 80 minutes, Panagiotis Prelorentzos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.E Rizomaton and the ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Panagiotis Prelorentzos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 81 minutes, Christos Vrinas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christos Vrinas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's goalkeeper Iordanis Mavros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giannis Karagiotas. In the 84th minute, Willian Amaral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.E Rizomaton fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Ilias Dellios got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of A.E Rizomaton booed when ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilias Dellios didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Giannis Karagiotas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ's Iordanis Mavros didn't even have to move. Iordanis Mavros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zinon Savvidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iordanis Mavros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zinon Savvidis's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded A.E Rizomaton left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ.
