Menelaos Kokkalopouloss short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Panos Chelis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Orestis Artemiou charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orestis Artemiou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, Orestis Artemiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Rodiakos FC booed when Pigasos fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orestis Artemiou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Menelaos Kokkalopouloss short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Panos Chelis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Menelaos Kokkalopoulos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Menelaos Kokkalopoulos had to leave the field with a concussion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corrado Taranto during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 30 in the game by Koulis Zelelidis from a close distance when the talented Panos Chelis managed to make a qualified save. Pigasos fc's players were relieved. Panos Chelis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Koulis Zelelidis went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Koulis Zelelidis might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Panos Chelis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Koulis Zelelidis ran back to his position shaking his head. Koulis Zelelidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Panos Chelis made a huge save. After 39th play minutes Koulis Zelelidis shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Panos Chelis and just under the crossbar into goal. Giannis Salaggoudis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Koulis Zelelidis succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miltos Kaliakoudis to strike the kick off in the second half. Pigasos fc's Panos Chelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koulis Zelelidis in the 59th minute of play. Sotiris Charisteas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Panos Chelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panos Chelis came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rodiakos FC's Koulis Zelelidis. But to his dismay, Koulis Zelelidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Koulis Zelelidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Panos Chelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koulis Zelelidis in the 69th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panos Chelis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Rodiakos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
