Takis Brizolakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 6 minutes into the match, Moloko's goal looked a bit too open when Zacharias Niniadis came free, but Takis Brizolakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Takis Brizolakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Piara Gallardo in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavlos Zikas in the 8th minute of play forced Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goalkeeper Evaggelos Kapetanidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Periklis Vougiouklakis notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Moloko's Takis Brizolakis. Takis Brizolakis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Nektarios Kareklas fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moloko's protests and gave Nektarios Kareklas a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Paris Karaindros took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Takis Brizolakis to make any attempt to save it. 21 minutes into the match, Moloko's goal looked a bit too open when Zacharias Niniadis came free, but Takis Brizolakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Piara Gallardo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Takis Brizolakis. The goal made the score 4-0. In the 34th minute Pantelis Begnis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaggelos Kapetanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moloko's Manos Meletiadis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alexandros Plessas in the 36 minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Takis Brizolakis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd minute, Paris Karaindros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Takis Brizolakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Takis Brizolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacharias Niniadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paris Karaindros was the one to do the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Piara Gallardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Takis Brizolakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Takis Brizolakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Periklis Vougiouklakis in the 65th minute of play. Takis Brizolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piara Gallardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Pantelis Begnis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Zacharias Niniadis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Takis Brizolakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Takis Brizolakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Periklis Vougiouklakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Moloko defense, Piara Gallardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Takis Brizolakis. The Moloko fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Takis Brizolakis should have stopped the shot. Takis Brizolakis came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Zacharias Niniadis. But to his dismay, Zacharias Niniadis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. After 80 played minutes Αστέρας Δερβενίου got a freekick which was hit by Periklis Vougiouklakis. If Kostas Vokolos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goalkeeper Evaggelos Kapetanidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kostas Vokolos. In the 88th minute of the match Moloko got a corner. Αστέρας Δερβενίου's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Charis Tzanetakis ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Moloko's Charis Tzanetakis to fire away a dangerous shot which Evaggelos Kapetanidis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 90 minutes of play, Αστέρας Δερβενίου's Piara Gallardo made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Takis Brizolakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 96 minutes, Periklis Vougiouklakis made it 14-0 with a short kick to the right side. Moloko's Takis Brizolakis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Αστέρας Δερβενίου players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
