When Eutichios Kanelos came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the MindHead FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eutichios Kanelos couldn't finish the play. After 40 minutes, Kostas Mouras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MindHead FC and the Geo United players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to MindHead FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Kostas Mouras hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thalis Kominatos to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Kostas Mouras dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ermis Prasomouris, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Geo United's Fokas Spyropoulos got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 69th minute, Thalis Kominatos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MindHead FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Thalis Kominatos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermis Prasomouris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Mathieu-Maxim Van Leemputte struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ermis Prasomouris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MindHead FC. MindHead FC's Marinos Tatsis was substituted for Kostas Mouras. Ermis Prasomouris made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Thalis Kominatos sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thalis Kominatos got free with Ermis Prasomouris in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Geo United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
