The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Artur Paprotny scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wlodzimierz Rawa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luan Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chan Clet in the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Antonis Ikonomeas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luan Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joan Quesada got free with Wlodzimierz Rawa in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximino Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wlodzimierz Rawa having to interfere. In the 24th minute Antonis Ikonomeas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luan Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Charalambos Kamateros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes, Odysseas Terzis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Green Horses and the ΛΑΖΑΡΗΣ-TEAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee showed Chan Clet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ΛΑΖΑΡΗΣ-TEAM booed when Green Horses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chan Clet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximino Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chan Clet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ΛΑΖΑΡΗΣ-TEAM's Segundo Donzel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Michalis Kapetanos in the 47 minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximino Pudes to make the kick off. Wlodzimierz Rawa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joan Quesada in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Green Horses's Vaios Petridis got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Green Horses's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Paprotny came free, but Wlodzimierz Rawa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Antonis Ikonomeas fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Green Horses's protests and gave Antonis Ikonomeas a yellow card for diving instead. Antonis Ikonomeas kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Zinon Giannidis kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Wlodzimierz Rawa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Pudes in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Joan Quesada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Rawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evaggelos Keratakis hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Chan Clet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luan Teles having to make a save. With a little luck, ΛΑΖΑΡΗΣ-TEAM's Luan Teles got control of the ball when Chan Clet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wlodzimierz Rawa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joan Quesada, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Chan Clet came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Green Horses fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chan Clet couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ΛΑΖΑΡΗΣ-TEAM had played much better football throughout.
