After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Renato Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marios Kounetas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léo Velloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Alexis Benetatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lakis Stelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th match minute, ARTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christos Tzolis to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in KAFSONAS F.C.'s zone, Thodoris Anagnostopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Léo Velloso came out of the goal and Thodoris Anagnostopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Thodoris Anagnostopoulos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Léo Velloso. ARTA's Christos Tzolis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Aggelos Vogiaris in the 25 minute of the game. Léo Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasios Koupepes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lakis Stelas hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. ARTA's Christos Tzolis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Aggelos Vogiaris in the 37 minute of the game. Aggelos Vogiaris received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alexis Benetatos came out and tried to block the shot, but Aggelos Vogiaris slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the match, KAFSONAS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marios Kounetas came free, but Léo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renato Fernandes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Alexis Benetatos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 45 minutes, Walter-Adrián Samuel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KAFSONAS F.C. and the ARTA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, KAFSONAS F.C.'s Walter-Adrián Samuel got a free kick in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thodoris Anagnostopoulos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Grigoris Rigoulias took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexis Benetatos. Alexis Benetatos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Renato Fernandes scored 3-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexis Benetatos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the match, Renato Fernandes notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of ARTA's Alexis Benetatos. Alexis Benetatos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th minute, Renato Fernandes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexis Benetatos was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After 71 minutes of play, KAFSONAS F.C.'s Simos Kapataidakis made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexis Benetatos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 75th minute, Renato Fernandes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexis Benetatos was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. In the 79th minute Renato Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexis Benetatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anastasios Koupepes hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Christos Tzolis hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Marios Kounetas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Léo Velloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Alexis Benetatos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Fernandes in the 95th minute of play.
