After 18 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Bon Culot. With his leg Markos Bibis managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when GREEK ARMY's Lambis Kazantzakoglou fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anestis Tzougarakis in the 25th minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Styrbjörn Stokken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lambis Kazantzakoglou made a kick off. Kasper Elssen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markos Bibis having to interfere. Styrbjörn Stokken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoros Saloufidis in the 56th minute. Lambis Kazantzakoglou struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Markos Bibis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GREEK ARMY. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Markos Bibis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 70 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Vlassis Mellios. After 71 minutes, Aimilios Eleftheriadis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PAOK and the GREEK ARMY players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PAOK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Aimilios Eleftheriadis hit a great ball. Lambis Kazantzakoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Markos Bibis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Markos Bibis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 77th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Lambis Kazantzakoglou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Markos Bibis saved PAOK from getting behind. 92 minutes into the game, Ksawery Gall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PAOK the free kick. 93 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's goal looked a bit too open when Nasos Patakos came free, but Styrbjörn Stokken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nasos Patakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Styrbjörn Stokken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GREEK ARMY's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
