In the 21st minute of the match KAFSONAS F.C. got a corner. GREEK ARMY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kleanthis Basinas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to KAFSONAS F.C.'s Giorgos Georgakos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Styrbjörn Stokken made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Makis Zikas sent off a good shot on target. If Lambis Kazantzakoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 35 minutes into the match, KAFSONAS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Grigoris Karagiotakis came free, but Léo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Makis Zikas got free with Styrbjörn Stokken in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute, Aggelos Vogiaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's Vlassis Mellios broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Styrbjörn Stokken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Fernandes in the 54th minute of play. Styrbjörn Stokken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makis Zikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Fernandes in the 58th minute of play. KAFSONAS F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Renato Fernandes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kleanthis Basinas in the 74th minute of play. GREEK ARMY's Lambis Kazantzakoglou got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bon Culot kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renato Fernandes in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Styrbjörn Stokken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kleanthis Basinas in the 92nd minute of play. Styrbjörn Stokken came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by KAFSONAS F.C.'s Kleanthis Basinas. But to his dismay, Kleanthis Basinas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. KAFSONAS F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
