The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filippos Kourabies during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes Dhafnospiliá BC got a freekick which was hit by Filippos Kourabies.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lambis Kazantzakoglou to make the kick off. Dhafnospiliá BC's Nicasio Guijarro got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, GREEK ARMY's Vrasidas Drambas got a free kick in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Nicasio Guijarro notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken. Styrbjörn Stokken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GREEK ARMY's Styrbjörn Stokken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save GREEK ARMY from getting a goal against them. Nikos Tournas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lambis Kazantzakoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
