Spectators: 8528 (Terracing: 6397, Seating: 1961, VIP seats: 170) MICE F.C.'s Dimitris Skondras started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Lv Hai Chong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dimitris Venieris came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the RODOS F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimitris Venieris couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the RODOS F.C. defense, Menios Tsirkos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rab Cura. The RODOS F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rab Cura should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in RODOS F.C.'s zone, Lv Hai Chong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rab Cura came out of the goal and Lv Hai Chong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lakis Traganitis got free with Christos Perivolakis in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to RODOS F.C. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Sakis Satrapis hit a great ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Dimitris Skondras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MICE F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Skondras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, RODOS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Skondras came free, but Rab Cura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RODOS F.C.'s Rab Cura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Skondras in the 25th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Zinédine Papoutsiadis heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 32 minutes into the game, Marcin Wawro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christos Perivolakis. Marcin Wawro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, MICE F.C.'s goalkeeper Christos Perivolakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcin Wawro. Christos Perivolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lakis Traganitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. A collision led to MICE F.C. getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Karel Vervoort hit a great ball. Christos Perivolakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakis Traganitis in the 42nd minute of the match. Zinédine Papoutsiadis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MICE F.C. made a substitution. John Asklund replaced Bektaş Sadik.

51 minutes into the match, MICE F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Venieris came free, but Christos Perivolakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christos Perivolakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcin Wawro's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, Marcin Wawro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christos Perivolakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Christos Perivolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lakis Traganitis, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Marcin Wawro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Christos Perivolakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. RODOS F.C.'s Omar More was substituted for Wim Jansen. RODOS F.C. made a substitution. Petros Meimarakis replaced Dimitris Venieris. MICE F.C.'s Christos Perivolakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Funes in the 67th minute of play. Christos Perivolakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petros Meimarakis went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the match, MICE F.C.'s Dimitris Skondras sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rab Cura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute of the match MICE F.C. got a corner. RODOS F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Panos Kavaliaratos ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Panos Kavaliaratos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rab Cura quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lv Hai Chong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rab Cura made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Lv Hai Chong sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, MICE F.C.'s Memphis Lundquist got a free kick in the 77th minute. Dimitris Skondras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MICE F.C. made a substitution. Iraklis Mortensøn replaced Isaltino Borges. Dimitris Skondras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rab Cura having to make a save. In the 88th minute Dimitris Skondras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rab Cura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Lv Hai Chong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MICE F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Rab Cura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lv Hai Chong, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the RODOS F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
